Kamy is extremely kind, friendly, transparent professional, communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. In addition, since we’ve moved the landlord continues to maintain the apartment beautifully: they provide a cleaning service who comes in to clean inside and outside the complex, landscaper comes weekly, the garbage is pick up 2-3x a week, if there’s ever any issue or something needs fixing they send someone the next day which is a plus because you know they CARE AND APPRECIATE THEIR TENANTS. I recommend Kaya Homes to all my friends & family and to anyone who needs a realtor because they are simply the VERY BEST IN THE BUSINESS. Thank you again Kamy.
